Thank you so much for your interest in Parinda Cupcakes. Our intention is to provide an edible art to our clients. We design delicious and beautiful centerpieces just for you and your specific needs. Prices are calculated according to time and materials used and spent on each cake.

Please note that we limit the number of orders taken each week and our calendar is filled up fairly quick.
There is a minimum order amount of $100* on all custom orders. We recommend securing your order about 4 weeks in advance.
*Price does not include other fees. The value can be a total from a combination of cupcakes and cake order.
STANDARD/SIMPLE CAKES**
Our standard cakes are typically small single- to two-tiered cakes. They are usually decorated with a few buttercream flowers, minimal designs. They are great for smaller receptions or parties between 10-50 guests.
Typical price range for single tier at around $7.50-$8.00 per serving:
4″ Round – serves 4-8 slices, starts at $60
5″ Round – serves 5-10 slices, starts at $75
6″ Round – serves 10-15 slices, starts at $113
8″ Round – serves 20-24 slices, starts at $180
10″ Round – serves 28-38 slices, starts at $285
THEMED CAKES**
Our themed cakes are usually designed toward younger audiences and events such as birthday parties, baby shower celebrations, etc. They are typically done with edible painting on fondant. We no longer offer fondant figures cakes or fondant decorated cakes. Pricing will be based on the design complexity, and serving size.
Typical price range for single tier themed cakes ranges from $8-$13
DESIGNER’S CAKES**
These are cakes that will require consultation, design, special supplies and additional time needed for each custom designed cake. They are intricately detailed works of edible art. Each cake will be calculated based on serving size, design, supplies and time. Price ranges between $9-$15 per serving*.
How big is a serving?
Serving amounts are based on party-sized portions of 1.5 in. x 2 in. or smaller wedding-sized portions of approximately 1 in. x 2 in. Most of my cakes are 3-4 layers (about 5″- 8″ tall which can usually serves double the portions of typical two layers cakes). (i.e. 8″ 1 tier round cake can served between 8-24. The cost will be 20 x $ + additional items = cake price).

Please contact me if you would like to request pricing for cakes that are larger than 10″ or different cake shapes other than round cake.
Multiple Tiers: Please contact me if you are interested in multi-tiered cake. I would be happy to give you an estimate once I receive all the basic information I need from you.
PAYMENT POLICY
A detailed policy will be provided to you once the estimate is provided. There is a non-refundable 50% deposit payment is required to secure your date. The deposit will be applied towards your total order, with the remaining balance due one week prior to pick up.
Delivery
Delivery is available for orders over $200 at a starting rate of $45* plus $1 per mile round trip that is over 10 miles round trip radius from our location.
For example:
Delivery to a venue in Ankeny is 36 miles round trip.
36-10 = 26 miles 26x$1 = $26 in addition to flat rate.
$45+$26 = $71 total for delivery to Ankeny
Set up
Setting up is available for cakes that are delivered by Parinda Cupcakes. Set up fee is $45 per hour and it usually takes about 1-2 hours.
**Price is based on market value. We reserve the right to adjust the price should significant market prices increase prior to final payment.
